Wen Jiabao gets the boot for talking cobblers at Cambridge University & drives off with eggs being thrown at him

A shoe was thrown at Wen Jiabao in Cambridge today, the protester threw his shoe in outrage shouting "We should not prostate ourselves to this dictator".
While Jiabao uttered honey coated promises to Gordon Brown and talked of helping the world it cannot be ignored that the only thing Jinbao and the communist party will help is it's self, stuck like a rabbit in the lights of an on coming car the Communists do not know where to turn.
Communist Clap trap about liberating Tibet from it's self 50 years ago and saving the people from serfdom ring pretty hollow when someone like Barrack Obama becomes President of the USA, 50 years ago someone like Barrack Obama would not as he has said been allowed in most restaurants in the US, now he is President, where are the Tibetan People now ? This week alone 1000's remain in prison and others are being tortured, because they want freedom, freedom they obviously do not have. The tale of a Tibetan in India illustrates the issue. The Tibetan walked into a Chinese expat's hair dresser's and asked for a discount as a fellow expat, of course the Chinese looked at him like he was mad. He was making the point (The Tibetan) that China and Tibet are not the same country, lets face it the have a seperate History, Language and culture. Far from helping it's people rise above and get beyond their past Communism has only recently given temporary economic relief to an oppressed people ( The Chinese People as a whole) , the Tibetan people themselves have benefited little themselves, that temporary relief may be about to evaporate.
No one actually believes the CCP's growth figures which are more for internal consumption than anything else, China has manipulated it's currency to make trade better for it's self. Other economic indicators may also prove to be equally hollow.
Wen Jiabao is desperately playing the same old song, but the people of China are growing restless, the communist corruption the has polluted 60% of all water courses in China causing a full 15-20% of the population to suffer directly from industrial toxins in radically reduced lifespan and terrible health which are becoming too terrible for the desperate country dwellers. Like an apartheid system the poor are treated like serfs, making a mockery of the recently much heralded "LIberation of Tibetan Serfs" 50 years ago. These people in the country must rent land from corrupt party officials and some must grow what they are told to grow, they live in desperate poverty and unemployment rates are astranomical, not appearing in official statistics which only show city dwellers.
Wen Jiabao has walked the stage of the western world this week, he is a worried man, China is changing and he cannot stop it. This week the Communists told the military that they require utter and complete obedience from the armed forces, could it be they are preparing to use the army against their own people again as they did in 1989 ? It certainly could be. The armed forces of the PLA also recieve an estimated 200 Billion US Dollars in state funding, this is also not sustainable, it is 3 times the "Official" figure and we may ask ourselves why China is spending so much on arms. In times of trouble the communists will use very method they can to stay in power, possibly they will even invade a neighbouring country, certainly they will turn on their own people without mercy if they have to to stay in power.
Things are changing however and democratic change is what the people of China deserve and hopefully it is what will finally be theirs. Wen Jiabao is a sad old dictator, a party apparachick who will be swept away by the tide of history, shame on Brown for relinquishing the principle of Tibetan Independence to China and selling 6 million Tibetans down the river for a few trade contracts.
For all these reasons and more I am sure the flying shoe makes a statement we can all agree with ,communists like Wen Jiabao deserve the boot they will finally get when it comes.
