In order to let those who cannot read Tibetan to understand what it is, I post the English translation here:
On 8thFebruary 2010, the President of the Tibetan Youth Congress(TYC)convened the conventional conference and decided to dismiss the Vice President Dhondup Dorjee from the TYC according to the Article 12 ,Chapter VIII &Article 7, Chapter VIV of the Rules and Regulations. In spite of the strong opposition of Dhondup Dorjee la and his secretary, this resolution was still passed.
Dhondup Dorjee la was extremely disappointed and saddened by this decision; hence, He wrote this letter to clarify all the matters formally. In his letter, he listed six reasons to prove the decision undemocratic and false. He said as per Article 12 Chapter VIII and Article 7, Chapter VIV of the Rules and Regulations, it was not appropriate to apply on him this rule which should be used to restrict the behavior of regional chapters members. He stressed as a Centrex member he has the right to have decision of his dismissal made by the key leaders of the Centrex and GBM.
In addition, he also sought advice from Sonam Topgyal, the Kalon of TGiE, and the former leaders of TYC including Phuntsok Tsering la, Tsetan Norbu la, Kalsang Phuntsok la and Karma Yeshi la who helped draft the TYC constitution and won their support.
(Origin in Phayul)
