In the Summer of 2009 Golok Zamkyab and his family were arrested and held in custody by the Chinese police in after releasing this VCD. The singing is truely beautiful and the music also is exquisit. The words of these songs reflect the sufferings and dreams of TIbetans inside Tibet who are suffering greatly. Golok Zamkyabs only wishes these words to reach the outside world and therefore he has stated he is ready to sacrifice his life.
Now released from custody after paying a huge fine they have been set free, but not free of state observation.
